it doesnt really matter this is something i have wanted to do forever and i finally can so im doing it haha, but here you go

im 21 been training for 2+ years i weigh 240 and im 6`2 and i want to compete in july in the branch warren classic in conroe,texas.

please dont bother posting about age im old enough to make my own decisions i understand the risks steroids take on the body.
 
Another question do you plan on taking 250mg on m and t for a total of .5 for the week or at .125 on m and .125 on t
 
as for your pct it should start 2 weeks after last injection. HCG can suppress your natural test production which is the opposite of what your trying to do so if you want, use it during cycle to prevent testicular atrophy.

and im working this bodybuilder i know and so hes helping me with cycles and stuff.

and ya im using this cycle to try and get up to around 260 is my goal..then depending on what my %BF is when i get there ill drop x amount lbs to reach a shredded enough look prolly around 6-8% for my body type.

are you sure about that animal cause i read and was told the HCG is good for pct to help maintain gains and get still get natural test going

Yes, he is right. Cycle sounds good. Very basic and reliable.

It good during cycle to prevent testicular atrophy however it's still somewhat suppressive on your natural testosterone production. So using it throughout the cycle or before it ends will in turn give your pct a kick start as you don't have to wait as long before natural test production continues. Maybe another person can chime in. The cycle looks good and good luck on reaching your goals.

This is the protocol the doc said he used in literally thousands of users with suppressed HPTA.
First thing, the 500iu a day was not enough to make the testicles do their job, he suggested this was just a waste of time and money.
He suggests 8 shots of HCG @ 2500iu EOD.
With this you take 20 mg of nolvadex for 45 days.
Clomid is also taken but twice a day @ 50mg each dose 12 hours apart.

The reason for the amounts of HCG (which is the most important part, if the balls don’t fire everything else is worthless), is based on his determination to bring the balls back to life, too little wont accomplish this, too much risks damage to the Leydig cells.
So he basically was saying that you do the HCG and around day 10 of the above protocol, you should get a blood test for testosterone. If it is above 400 or greater then this says the balls will be just fine once you get off the HCG and the Clomid and nolva take over. This will accept the LH that you are putting out to maintain testicular function.
He used the term like jumping a car. Your battery (Pituitary gland) if low wont start your car (your testicles), if you use another car and jumper cables (HCG) once the car starts your battery (HP part of the HPTA) will keep your car running.

The clomid by itself he suggested can inhibit either the pituitary or the hypothalamus (can’t remember which one) but if taken with nolva this blocks the estrogen receptors so you wont inhibit that.
So clomid in his protocol is always taken with nolvadex ALWAYS.

He did mention that sometimes the balls just don’t take and then you do the protocol again. He said it was rare that he could not fire up the HPTA.
He said that beings that I have good size difference (balls), feel good, strength gains, and a greasy face he felt I should have no problems with returning the HPTA.

Some things he said was tribulis was actually inhibitory on the HPTA, great I wish I found that out after I bought two bottles.

ZMA, he said if it made me feel good then go for it but it is placebo and the HCG, clomid, nolva was it and all that is needed.

Talked to him about progesterone and he said never take that if you are a man (the last doc prescribed it to me)

Sorry aftershock, I forgot to ask him about the GH question he was saying so much I was just trying to listen.

One thing he did mention (in an article) was that HGH actually helped with the testicular recovery with things and adding that to the Protocol is a good idea and productive.

Avoid aspirin when on HCG as it kind of ruins the effects.

He said oxandrolone was suppressive on the HPTA, but Deca and Anadrol were probably the worst in his opinion. I asked him about tren but he had no knowledge as he never used it.
He did mention that test in itself was not all that suppressive and he has seen guys on 18 months that came off and made a full recovery in 45 days with the above protocol.

Do you have any pictures? You are pretty big for a 21 year old. You are right, you are an adult, and you can make your own decisions. Your cycle is at least sensible and you are competing. Keep that diet in order.
 
I'm acutally a personal trainer i have NASM, NFPT, and the 24 hour fitness cert i train at 24.. so i have access to a lot of great things for diet.

The bodybug has been a life saver seeing how many calories i expend every day etc. and this way im getting accurate amounts calories.

but i try to stay at 70% or so carbs 15-20% protein and 10-15% fat

but to be honest i really put alot of effort into making sure i eat more than i expend by 500-1000 calories and when i do this i gain weight end of story haha

ya and for pics ill work on it my GF just moved and she cant find her camera but once she finds it ill be able to take some pics, i can however provide measurements right now give me till monday and ill get some new ones posted last time i took em was like 2 months ago.

I looking forward to see your pictures. They can't be you ratios, can they? You need more protein and less carbs. How much grams of protien, carbs and fats, and calories are you eating? No offense, but I had certifications too, they will not tell you how to eat like a BodyBuilder.
 
haha i see, well it just seems like when ure eating enough carbohydrates to supply all your energy then ure allowing protein to do exactly whats is supposed to do which is repair all muscles organs etc. and not using it for energy

70% carbs and only 15-20% protein. I think there is a problem with your numbers here. Your protein is way too low. And another thing, at 500mg/wk your body is capable of processing and using way more protein than you are eating. And that is all the magic there is in AAS my friend. the buck stops there however and it is up to your training and nutrition to do the rest. I think your diet will be your undoing!

You are applying what you learned in Personal training courses to Body building. Exercise wise this MIGHT be useful and I use that word might, but in the field of nutrition it will be seriously lacking. Yes on 70% carbs you should have plenty of energy but your body still requires a lot of protein to repiar and rebuild. at near 1k cals over energy expenditure on a day by day basis you will get fat, unless you possibly change the composition of those cals.
