Whats better for overall muscle growth: IGF or HGH?

Ive never taken either so I'm doing some research . Im interested in getting as big as possible have used now for a number of years. was 168 lbs first cycle now after years of hard work Im 245 at about 8% so I'm thinking HGH or IGF will add some more to this.

see ive always read that HGH isnt really that great at creating hypertrophy but i was trolling the MD forums the other day and dave palumbo stated that he believes HGH actually stimulates hyperplasia so you are in effect adding more mass rather then expanding the tissue you have currently.. dont quote me though i could be way off base lol

both take a long time to see the results for mass. id say about 6 months of straight use. fibers split and then they begin to grow. igf.....maybe 4 weeks on 10 off. but for me it was gh.....6 months then igf for 4 weeks post contes rebound. havent dropped below 239lb even off everything and still strong.
just my 2 cents but...small gh doses 2 iu day or eod fpr longer cycles work best.

i was reading in another thread on here that hgh is used in the liver with insulin to be converted to IGF1. the igf1 creates new muscle cells, however all cells are not created equal. the new cells will be in an infancy stage for lack of a better word and will need time to grow. from the post i read it said that using igf1 followed by ass a few months after finishing the igf1 will give you the best results. i.e..... you make new small cells then after the have matured you make them grow. effectively upping the base amount of mass your body naturally carries. if im wrong in any of this id apreciate it if bro's with more axperience with peptides would chime in and correct me.

With out a doubt, IGF!!! gh is long term with health benefits.

I think thats somewhat dose dependant. And if combining with Insulin use. If taken at higher dose 10iu+ in combination with Humalog/Novalog, I would say HGH is better for overall size. If you are thinking about smaller doses of GH alone, then IGF-1 is much better.
