I'm good. Started a new job a year ago and been focusing heavily on that (working night shift). Trying to keep up with training but have been slacking the last few months. Some weeks I'm lucky if I get in 2x a week. Getting a CPAP to help me sleep and hopefully that will give me more energy and improve my workouts.
