What's your favorite breakfast ?

Take low sodium hash browns. Throw it in the skillet until brown.Dice green peppers and mushrooms. Add that in with the hash browns. Take 12 egg whites add to the mixture. Then plate the meal and put low sodium salsa on top of it. YUMMMM. Caution don't eat the plate lol.
 
not my normal semi diet breakfast, but my fav would have to be- 4 scrambled omega3 eggs w pepperjack cheese, fresh market maple bacon, homefries, sliced mango, and a side of bisquits and sausage gravy...w fresh florida OJ and coffee ...that goes down sundays lol

Its not necessarily my favorite, but I am having 4 egg whites and 5 eggs every morning right now.
 
4 eggs..3 slices turkey bacon...fresh spinach...two pieces whole wheat toast...protein shake w/milk

and on a lazy morning....throw 1 1/2 cups kashi go lean cereal (the one with 13 grams protein per serving) in the blender with one cup skim milk....one scoop protein and two greek yogurts! THEN SLAM IT! :D
 
6 eggs, bowl of grits with bacon all mixed together
 
offseason

4 whole free range eggs
cup oats
2 tbs ab
blueberries
scoop protein in my oats
coffee
orange juice

pre contest

cup oats
cup egg whites
tbs almond butter
scoop protein
 
6 whole free range eggs w/ketchup
4 PC Ezekiel bread
4 PC uncured bacon

I could have it every morning
 
On prep
1 1/2 cup eggwhites 2 whole eggs
1 cup oats
Or
60g pro powder
1 cup oats
1tblsp pb or ab

Off season
6 whole eggs
2 cups oats
1 banana
Blend till it makes a paste. Then cook it like a pancake
Top it with some pb an sugar free syrup or auguvia
 
2 whole eggs
8 egg whites
2 bowls of oatmeal
Greek yogurt
Couple clementines
Skim milk, 2 coffees
 
Big Pancake with:

220 gr. egg whites
80 gr. oats
2 gr. yeast
In the top half Almond/Peanut Butter, and half honey. I also love them with chocolate peanut butter PB2.

Accompanied with a large cup of coffee.
 
Smoke salmon, 1 whole ear bagel, protein ice cream, one cup of blue berry ice shake and a glass of water right after...
 
Very rarely changes for me, just the portions...I'm a (boring) creature of habit, in the mornings at least...

Offseason:
Omelette
-1c eggwhites
-2 whole eggs
-2oz extra lean ground turkey
-low fat shredded cheese
-chopped peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes etc (when I have time)
-REAL ketchup (heinz lol)

And cream of rice (used to be oats, changed for preWO optimization)
-1/2c cream of rice
-1-2tbsp naturalPB or almond butter
-1/2c frozen mixed or blueberries
-1/2scp isolate for flavour


Prep:
Omelette
-1c eggwhites
-1oz extra lean ground turkey
-chopped peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes etc (when I have time)
-low sugar ketchup

Cream of rice
-1/3 to 1/2cup cream of rice
-1tsp natural PB
-1/4c blueberries
 
cream of rice with cinnamon and protein powder.. i could eat cream of rice all day long, best stuff!
 
Oatmeals, whey protein, vermoje's var, coffee, a few egg whites :headbang:
 
My favorite breakfast food is eggs and I eat them in all ways
