Very rarely changes for me, just the portions...I'm a (boring) creature of habit, in the mornings at least...
Offseason:
Omelette
-1c eggwhites
-2 whole eggs
-2oz extra lean ground turkey
-low fat shredded cheese
-chopped peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes etc (when I have time)
-REAL ketchup (heinz lol)
And cream of rice (used to be oats, changed for preWO optimization)
-1/2c cream of rice
-1-2tbsp naturalPB or almond butter
-1/2c frozen mixed or blueberries
-1/2scp isolate for flavour
Prep:
