I was talking with some friend of mine today about an upcomming show , all these guys either still compete or used and range in age from 25-55yrs old. they all asked what i was planning to do as far a precontest diet , like sodium , carb and so on , several of them are huge fans of crap loadings , a couple say they did a 3 day carb load then dehydrate and on and on.

Several of them went of to talk about what they would eat or drink a few hrs before pumping up and it ranged from peanut butter mixed with honey to vodka mixed with molasas , honey mixed with pure coco powder , 6-8 resse cups and they all gave their validation as to why they ate it , most said it brought out vascularity and good pumps others said it made them dry out the last little bit.

I'm following my trainers advice to the T and its nothing like some of the shit these guys are talking about.

so what do you guys do for the last min eating? any special tricks or ideas , post them up and why you do it?

Sombody once recommended to me to mix up 3 oz chocolate LBA's with 3 tablespoons of peanutbutter then add as much cocoa powder to it as it take to make it thick and fudge like and eat that a couple hers before getting on stage?
