Ok guys so I buy milk from a local farmer and its full fat from grass fed guys
(it's ok i know you guys are jealous) lol. Anyway he says he has whey left over all the time and pours it down the drain. He doesn't know anything about it so and I don't know anything about the process of making milk/whey/separating curds and whey/whatever it is. So i was hoping someone could chime in and tell me if it's worth getting or not. I'm using it's probably LOADED with lactose and fat still. I mean he said he would give it to me for free lol. Any use at all you guys think?
