i think i read that these are both very good and similar in results but the carsil is cheaper. the essentiale forte is expensive to use continuously. I use carsil w liv 52 (both cheap) and liver values have been good.
essentiale forte is good to fix/repair liver damage and carsil is good for prevention and maintain optimal function. TRT is not liver toxic at all however
