Which liver supplement ??

I've always taken Milk Thissel but I think its time to find somthing else that works a little better

Last set of labs has my AST and ALT high , a bit higher than I'm comfortable with so I'd like to get on somthing to get things back in order ASAP.

what do you guys reccomened , Liv-52 , Carsil , Synthergine

First the obvious, NAC and vitamin c.

Tylers liver detox has been tested by members on other boards and has shown good results on blood work. Liv52 is pretty proven as well
