prenups are thrown out all of the time.. a contract signed under 'duress' cannot be upheld.

if you say to your wife 'if you don't sign this, I wont marry you', that constitutes duress, and the prenup is invalid.

also, if she is on any medication (an estimated 25% of women in the US are on some sort of psychotropic drug, mostly antidepressants), the contract can easily be rendered invalid.

Well that blows. No reason to do one then in some cases at least.

No disrespect taken and I certainly understand your view point. I actually remember with my ex fiancé her parents were very religious and desperately wanted us to get married. Thankful I did not to say the least but thats another story..anyway I remember her dad saying something like "its so important to have that piece of paper saying you're married." I said think about what you just said...a piece of paper will not make anyone love one another more than they already do or treat each other better than they already do.

We have a son on the way now..we definitely don't plan to get married before that and we will whenever we feel like it in however long that may be. My dad has said to me you can go the rest of your life being together with one or more children without ever getting married..my mom sees it differently of course lol. Her parents honestly would not care much either way although I'm sure they would love to see their youngest child married the "traditional" way.

As far as our personal situation, she's certainly not with me because of my money..I'm a teacher so theres plenty of other options out there if she was into the money aspect lol...as silly as it may seem to some she is different to me than anyone I've ever known, and quite frankly I doubt she'd have an issue if we never got married. Its just something she's thought about like many girls have from a young age and I want to give her that experience at some point because its special to her, and will be for me too because of that. That's really the main reason for me.

I know I can't be the only one and obviously this isn't just an issue with test, it's test plus a predisposed personality type.

Either way, I am seeing a psych, have been for some time, and will continue to do so but I'm almost at the point of dropping test entirely to kill my sex drive. This will also likely kill relationships (with females) now that I think about it but at least I won't be destroying lives and self confidence in the process.

TLDR - how in the world can you guys stick to one pussy? I feel like like I've borderline given myself a mental disorder trying to fix this vice.

The issue is loving and hating at the same time (simultaneously).

While I don't have a solution for you, I can offer you some insight.

As for borderline personality disorder, throw that term out the window. The DSM is ONLY a way to categorize symptoms. DO NOT identify with it. It is useful but often mental health workers use it to label people.

Targeting the symptoms and changing them isn't necessarily the best method to changing.

Sounds like you want to change. If you can, find a psychologist who specializes in psychoanalyst.

Most importantly: people aren't "only" food. They need to eat too. We share this world. God didn't create it just for you.

the problem is the combination of human nature and absolute power granted by the state


this combination is known as 'marriage'


the absolute power granted by the state (in this case, to the woman) permits human nature to manifest and be magnified to an unsustainable degree.


this is why you see such ridiculous situations in relationships E.G. a fit, hard working and successful man with a fat, sedentary wife.


while the reverse is possible, it is highly unlikely, as the woman typically has absolute power in the marriage, because the man tends to be the money maker in the relationship (women tend to marry up. this is known as hypergamy).


so again, nothing wrong with women... the problem is state involvement in relationships, which women take advantage of (perhaps unknowingly most of the time?)
