I use to only go for about a hour and a half but I've slowly started staying in their at least 2 sometimes 3 hours. Just wonder if anyone else does this and see's good results.
there is this kenyan dude at my gym who trains for 5hrs. He brings a bag of food and eats the entire time n lifts. Hes about 6 foot 250lbs and i swear to fuckin god shreaded to the bone and looks stage ready. lol almost makes me wanna try that haha.
depends if im doin full body workouts or not, i never have them go over 3 hrs (including cardio) but an hour is too short for me too accomplish all the lifts, and high number of sets for the olympic lifts
