Who trains for 2-3 hours at a time?

I use to only go for about a hour and a half but I've slowly started staying in their at least 2 sometimes 3 hours. Just wonder if anyone else does this and see's good results.
 
in and out 45minutes
 
All my spare time is for Eating...

45minutes 1 hour for workout

Just need to stimulate muscle growth beyong last workout... I can't imagine doing sets after sets for 2 hour...
 
there is this kenyan dude at my gym who trains for 5hrs. He brings a bag of food and eats the entire time n lifts. Hes about 6 foot 250lbs and i swear to fuckin god shreaded to the bone and looks stage ready. lol almost makes me wanna try that haha.
 
It has been suggested to me to shorten my workouts to about 40 min with an increase in intensity. I am finding good results with that. ;)
 
well i notice it has been taking me about 2-3 hours to drag my ass into the gym however, my workouts have only been about 10 minutes.. haha

usually last about an hour and a half, that with cardio though!

One hour and I'm out the door. I also making my best gains from a DC style with 3 workouts per week.
 
depends if im doin full body workouts or not, i never have them go over 3 hrs (including cardio) but an hour is too short for me too accomplish all the lifts, and high number of sets for the olympic lifts
 
1 hour is plenty.
 
I have to agree

1 hr of High intensity heavy azz lifting.. no way Id make it 2-3 hrs myself
 
Man 2-3 hours is for people socializing to much and not workin if you ask me. I not their to chit chat in out 45min tops.MM
 
my lift is 30-45 mins

calves, abs, forearms add about 15 minutes for each one
 
Arnold used to do this 2x a day. Who knows if he was working himself perfectly or possibly overtraining. :confused:
