ok as a contiuneatoin of our discussion on on hit v volume v olympic lifting I decided to ask a few local olympic lifters a few questions. I asked about there opinions on the 3 and to qoute them 1 bodybuilders are muscle bound and think just because they are big they arnt strong
2 us olympic lifters are all about speed any monkey could do hit
3 our training technique is the best for athletes and we require more skill.
I responded simply the biggest guys in the world are the strongest ie that power lifter who just deadlifted 900 pounds. LOL the fat ass doesnt think diet has anything to do with it. My jaw just about hit the floor and this idiot is the personal trainer at me gym lol its time to get certified before he messes up any more kids
