Of course, please answer this in 2 ways, why you personally would or wouldnt choose to use this one at all times, and why someone in general would or would not. From my research on the 5 esters, having a combination of fast and slow releasing esters would seem to be the best bet. It reminds me of the same nature as the protein market, with slow and fast acting proteins, and the option of purchasing proteins that combine whey, egg albumim, and Casein proteins, thus providing a long lasting, long absorption protein into the system. Of course Whey would be optimal mornings and post workout, but ill get back to the topic at hand and let you guys explain this to me.
