If your shaking uncontrolably, back your dose down your too high. It shouldnt be an insane amount of shaking for 7hrs. Some liquid clen is stronger than tabs, i use 160mcg when i do tabs, but i only use 120mcg when i do liquid. 160mcg of liquid and im shakin badly for hours like you describe. If your over 160mcg of liquid, ur just crazy haha
 
Nah I took just a hair over a 1/2cc so about 110mcg. I figured the liquid is more potent than the pills due to the quicker absorbtion time. I placed the liquid under my tongue for a good minute to let it absorb. I figured it would kick in fast and it did.

Ok maybe not 7 hours...let me see well 5.5 but that is still a bit...but now I know my dosage.

This is the first time with liquid.
 
i gotta get back on liquid clen..i stopped cause of the damn shaking
 
I don't know how y'all handle clen. Man, I don't sleep all night when I take that stuff. I don't mind the pounding heart, I can handle the headaches and the shaking, but when I can't sleep I'm a real bitch.
 
Try eating soup in a restruant; or filling out some form that makes you write real tiny. :D
 
I would be interested to know if clenbuterol actually increases fat loss much above what one would achieve with normal dieting and cardio or with respect to the various herbal fat burners.

I have suspicions that clenbuterol really does not have that much of a fat burning effect unless a person is on it for an extended period.
 
shit, try playing poker on clen, its horrible. Its hard to sucker anyone in because they think you got good shiat because your hands are shakin...

Clen has a long half life of over 24hrs. So although thats why it downgrades the beta receptors so quickly, its also why its so effective-its thermogenic action is constant. Eph or another fat burner may be as effective ONLY if its
blood levels were constant, youd probably have to take eph 4-6x ED!
 
I hate clen! I just used it for my contest prep and I felt like a crack head..lol! I shook and was just "alert" for hours!

I am using a combo of clen 100mcgs/ketotifen1mg..the keto is suppose to keep your receptors from downgrading...i use that 1 time a day in the moring..it has been 1 week and i am not sure if i see anything effect yet..how tight does your diet have to be when your on this? i don't eat like a big but i am eating pretty tight diet low in carbs and high in protein/fat..i usually take T-3 with it but for once i am trying stay away from it..let me kow what kind of results you guys see on just clen and after how ong..thanks
 
I hear ya on the hands shaking and not sleeping. I did get a bit of a headache from it. But damn the shaking keeps the muscles twitching...so i am going to assume that helps with burning more energy? Instead of the muscles that are not being used just sitting there, they are shaking and chemical reactions are taking place to burn energy.

In theory that does makes sense..wonder if it holds true on the streets?
 
might wanna try neuro-ihibitive aminos

namely Taurine and Glycine

2-4 grams each a few times a day. That should dampen down the shakes.
 
Bump, bulldog, tell me about your fat loss with the Clen you have mentioned. Are you dieting like crazy, cardio? Burning fat? Ive got clen, but under the impression that well, its fake! Makes me shake and all, but no fat loss, seems like they forgot some ingredient.
 
Earlier I in this thread I asked the question about clen being any good for fat loss as opposed to not using it. How effective is it between a person using it and that same person not using it ? 2% extra fat loss? 10% , 40% ?

I would bet...that clen only improves fat loss by a very small percentage and that you still have to diet and do the work.

Sure muscle trimmers may mean that you are having some extra calories burned but is it enough for you to see real results on your physique ?

I have questions about this because I am starting to believe its just another over rated supplement. :(
 
Personally, I have to increase my caloric intake about 300 calories per day on the weeks I use clen or I will lose weight too quickly.

For me, it works very well.

I do not think it is a useless drug....I think people take it for granted and assume it is going to melt everything away and they continue to eat like crap and do not see results...ths shit isn't magic, but people take it like it is. I think it helps keep the water down on heavy cycles and burn more calories than nothing at all.

But just think in the case of Skip:

300 calories is likely less than 10% of your caloric intake and is equivalent to about 15 min extra of cardio.

So you have clen and stress your body cause it has to process it or an extra 15 min of the treadmill ....

I suppose the best thing about clen is that it can help you get fired up to do a workout when you are tired but I am still undecided about it. :confused:

I have used clen on and off for over 10 years now and from my personal point of view and results i can tell you this guys...

with a diet of 50 p/ 30 c/ 20 f and 30 minutes of med-hard cardio 5 days a week you'll burn about 1-2% body fat..following the same diet with no cardio with clen you'll burn about the same but do cardio and clen together and i burned 2-3% BF a week...simple fact for me

Now, S.C., since we are both using the same company i can say i have no complaints.I have dropped a few lbs in the last 3 weeks and when i stopped by to see Phil he said it was the leanest he has ever seen me..

At 100mcg 2 on 2 off i see great results i am not doing cardio as it runs me down too mych with all the other things i have going on in my life...school and work but with a dieing and a good workout program i have seen great results for whati have put into it...
