So I just went into the doc for a quick check up since I've had this cough for about 10 days that just seems to be getting worse and deeper. Thought it might be Pneumonia. Turns out it wasn't but the doc prescribed me a Zpack which kills all gut bacteria good and bad but I was wondering if anyone had any reason to believe it would wipe out meds like dbol. I'll be taking in a ton of probiotics and Glutamine after for good gut health. Has anyone ever found any reason to believe It's wise to cycle off AAS while taking an Antibiotic?

No dude your fine. One is effecting your immune system and bacteria in digestive track....AAS effects endocrin and musculoskeletal system.

Thanks man I knew that as well, I just wanted to double check that there wasn't some kind of negative bind or any reason to believe it could be dangerous. Appreciate the response brother!

Be sure to use some probiotics or yogurt. All the gear in the world isn't going to do any good if you can't assimilate any nutrients.

Antibiotics will likely lower blood levels of oral. How much? No clue.

The process is well researched with birth control, but its similar for androgen metabolism. A portion of the hormone is metabolized in the liver through a process called conjugation and then excreted in the feces. In ths intestines, bacteria can unconjugate the drug allowing the free hormone to be absorbed again, entering the blood stream bumping blood levels up.

Antibiotics interfere with this entero-hepatic cycling allowing the excreted drug to remain in the intestines and not be reabsorbed.
