- lifting weights is not going to make you "huge like a bodybuilder"
-keep those big yoga streching balls for just that, streching...they shouldnt be in any part of your actual training....
-gym attire for out of shape ladies is sweats or loose fitting clothes, u DO NOT try to squeeeeeze ur ass into a 1 or a 2 when ur a 5 or 6 so your muffin top is all stickin outta the pants lollll.....gym attire for ladies in shape only consists of white spandex shorts on squat day...(okkk, i maybe just hope for tha last one:D)

Here is one more. Don't cheat yourself. Give your training 3-5 years min
before using aas. Learn to train and eat properly to get yourself a good natural base. T

Although a starter cycle should be test, then more test, then test and deca etc.

Dbol is fine on a first cycle too (with test)

But I don't think all 3 are necessary.

Pre workouts formulas are great too... but if budget is limited all money should be spent on solid food.

in my opinion for newbies if you want serious size

have a heavy bar on your back

pick a heavy bar off the floor

press a heavy bar overhead.

learn how to dip and chin with weights attached

do sprinting and hill work for conditioning.
 
I would also like to add...standing in the corner texting whomever, while on wait on the power rack that you're "using", also is not working out.

Which after some time, WILL cause me to go over and start stripping the weight off the bar and claim it as mine.

This did happened yesterday...I waited and waited, while this kid was texting in the corner...I said enough...couldn't make eye contact with him...so I walked over, took his buck 75 off the bar that he was "squatting" with.

Then he comes over...I pretended never to be none the wiser...Oh were you using this? Well it was empty for almost over 5 minutes...so I'm taking over now. Do we have a problem? He shakes his head, picks up his water bottle and walks away.

'm sure he started texting his friend telling them that he just kicked the shit out of this guy trying to take his weights off the bar...or whatever.
