I'm getting ready to go work for a oil service's company where I'll be working 2wks on and 2wks off in wyoming. The 2 wks on will be 10-12 hr days for 14 days and then go home for 14 days. I may or may not be able to get to a small gym during that time on in wyoming. My question is this,what would be your goals with this setup, bust your ass when at home in the gym and hope it carry's you thru the two weeks, and what about your diet when working. Any comments welcome, in the past i've turned down these type of jobs due to training for shows etc, but now I feel ready, but the mental part is the hardest for me.........................
