I just had this girl follow me around with my water bottle and help me with my curls. It was very convenient. Anyone have a similar story?
I think girls would do better as a training partner. Who wants to look like a bitch in front of their girl? I think that would drive people to do more.
i would rather have a girl, but an elf is cool too!! lolya i wish i had little elves that followed me around and spotted me, cuz i usaully dont bother too much to ask people for a spot unless im goin heavy on bench

When I used to bench heavy my ex wife spotted me for all my lifts. One day I had 200kg on the bar (220kg total) and was about to go for it whe two guys came over and asked "You want us to spot you for that"? I replied "Nope, she's got this" as I pointed to my wife. They both kind of half laughed and I got on with it. The first rep of two was fine. No help needed. My wife tells me "You've got one more there". SO I go for it, got it three qtrs up and started to fail, she grabs the bar and just nudges it while telling me 'You got this, YOU GOT THIS, YOU HAD BETTER GOT THIS OR ELSE YOU"RE WEARING IT!!! LOL so with her help I racked it. The two guys stopped laughing and walked off with their tails between their legs. My wife was not only strong but knew exactly how to spot me. So do not underestimate women as training partners. Very reliable and very motivating!!
