I just wanted to drop a quick line about my experience thus far working with Phil. It has been almost a month and in this time i have dropped 5-6 pounds and have kept all my size, just getting leaner each day and GAINING strength!! And VERY minimal cardio
Phil will be the first to say that i ask A LOT of questions and quite frankly his methods on nutrition are completely backwards to everything i've read or been taught. For years i have weighed each meal to the gram, ate every 2-3 hours and never really made the gains i expected putting that much effort into my nutrition. However, in the last 4 weeks I've stopped weighing my food so precisely and stop overanalyzing the "small stuff" and i am really starting to see why so many people on this board that have worked with Phil have gotten great results! He responds to every question literally within minutes.
I know i'm only a month into this, but at this rate i can't wait to see what i look like in 12 weeks. Thanks Phil for teaching me the TRUE way to eat to gain muscle/ loose fat.
