wow.. check out this guy.. cedric mcmillan.... i met this guy about 5 years ago when he was PTing at an ex boyfriends gym. he looked ok back then and was just getting into competing... he looks great today at the Jr Usas. Last I remember he was drug free also.

I'm glad for him, he's a super nice guy and a a hell of a physique!!! I've known him for a few yrs now, havent seen him in awhile but last year at the state show he took the overall and I knew if he stuck with it he was going somewhere, the guys genetics are sick. You wouldn't believe the difference he has made since 2005, unreal!!

No shit, made them all look like a bunch of monkeys out there!! The one thing I've noticed about him, as well as any other great competitor, is he does not come in depleted, he's stays big and swolled up. Anybody can be ripped when it's skin and bone, but the guy who is shredded and big, now thats a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding should be about beef, fuck all that scrawny shit. Put some clothes on most the guys and they dont even look like they lift
