Something weird is happening, im eating around 2700 cal a day, 390p/150carb/50 fat for 5 days then one day I up the carbs to 350, then repeat. I workout out 2 on 1 off and doing cardio on off days. Well about 3 weeks ago i was 210 at 11% and now im 216 at 11%. Now i started 3 weeks ago my fina eod day and up my prop to 1cc eod and added 6iu of gh(got 4 weeks worth for free). Now i was wondering since I am pumping more oil should I count the oil as calories... since my body had to break it down, like 1cc is 200cal?? Im going to start doing cardio 4-5x a week now b/c i want to be at 8% at 8 weeks out and now im 11% at 9 weeks out:mad: :mad: . Any opinions?? as to what my body is doing? My lbm is around 185. Also wondering if th Gh is making me hold water??

Im just getting to the point of frustration. Gear wise im on 50 fina eod, 100mg of prop eod day 100 eq eod and gh right now. Does 2700 cal plus a 2 on workout 1off 30-45min carido not look like enough work for the calories? I dont want to grow, i want to shred! EEK, i guess this is what happens when you do everything on your own :(. Rip my diet to shreds ask anything and everything. Im also off clen right now, 2 weeks on 2 off.
 
Sounds like your carb intake is high. My guess is that your weight is water, which "measures out" as LBM. Don't bother counting the oil from injections into your macronutrient breakdown :)

Ok good

Im going to keep the carbs at 150 and up the cardio to 5x a week instead of 2 and see what happens, next step will be drop carbs to 100. Also my synthetine should be here any day now and that will be a nice addition. Im probably going to add in a little winni v to help with muscle, im worried to much cardio is going to make me lose muscle. But 30 min intense 5x a week should do it i dont think.

I have some t3 on hand as well. I was thinking at starting at 25mcg 1 week, week 2 50, 3 and 4 100 and then maybe 125 until show and then taper down??? I dont have any exp with this product. Will eat muscle just as fast as fat?? Does that regimen look ok??? Im freaking out b/c i dont want to come in at 7%, a nice 5% would be sick. Im not by weird guess at %, 5% is sick! Most pros hit 3%
 
Hopefully Big A can respond to your concern with T-3. My experience with it is I lost way too much muscle. Big A said my protein intake wasn't high enough.
