WTF is going on I'm frustrated

More food and less cardio would be my first adjustment. Throw in some almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, coconut oil, etc in your late afternoon/evening meals. Your test is low for the amount you are on but you’ll obviously still grow on 1500 if everything else is in order.

Double cardio AND you're trying to GAIN?? C'mon loco you know better than that... and definitely the calories don't seem to be there....
Mi hermanito what up acere. Yea bro I know better but like I mentioned earlier my bad cholesterol came back at 149 and hdl at 19.so I freaked out a bit. My cholesterol has always been good. My hdl crash has to be from the proviron tabs I took for 4 weeks. I don't see anything else that could of dropped it. I already stopped the double cardio. I'm just doing 30 minutes treadmill after training. At my age a little cardio is good for you

perspective on the gain weight thing is important. lol
i like the slin idea.
also dumb stuff like try changing some chicken meals to beef, up the protien a bit more in general. by adding slin you also add some extra carbs in too.
things like that and another month or so should have some answers, or just more frustration. lol
