XBOX Live, any body have it?

I have an XBOX a PS2 and a Gamecube. I'm not online with them yet, but I'm thinking about it. Do any of you guys have any game consoles online? How is it? It seems like it would be pretty cool. It would be fun to kick the hell out of somebody I know from the board on Dead or Alive 2, or maybe snipe somebody's ass on Halo 2.

Then I could talk crap to you all with my real voice instead of having to type it.

Damn, I think this sounds like a good idea. Maybe a professionalmuscle Halo tournament, or something like that. Anyway, anybody got any input on the online thing?

My son is getting Halo 2 for Christmas..

We were also talking about x-box live so we coul dplay against his cousin in Halo who live 8 hours from my house.

X-BOX live sounds like a really cool deal. My 8 year old has me hooked on Halo..Cant wait to play Halo 2 on Christmas day..Gonna start my Christmas off with a big bang...lol

Hopefully someone can give us more info about X-BOX LIVE...

Do you have the headset? I was curious how that thing works. Do you actually get to talk in real time to your friends, or enemies? I'm getting interested. It's all new to me, but it sounds good. The list of games is gigantic for Xbox live games too.

Im down with a pro muscle halo turrney, that would be fun. Im not on line yet but I have friends that are and they say it takes the game to a whole different level. and yes you can talk to people through your head set....thats cool

Yeah, the Halo tournament would be cool. I'll have to set that up when I get my Xbox online. I'm sure I'll be one of the first to die because I just run up in everybody's face and start shooting. I'll be an easy pick for a sniper, but in the face to face stuff, I'm the man...at least when I play against my girlfriend.

i have it, and i love it

you gotta buy the headset so you can talk shit, that's the best part.... you blast somebody with a shotgun and call 'em a nancy pants, or say nice try stephanie... that arrgrovates them and makes for lots of fun... its more fun with you friends than say... the birtish guys that are always on when i'm on ....

its like 5 bucks a month... def. worth it.... i think the headset is 25 bucks...

So it seems XBOX is the one I should get? I have been debating on PS2 vs XBOX for a long time. Nobody seems to ever mention the Game Cube.

get ps2 and xbox I got both..but i def. play my xbox more

Yeah, I've got all three and the Xbox just kicks PS2's ass. And gamecube doesn't even come close.

Definitely, we'll shoot the pimples off those little bastards! I'm gonna go get the stuff I need tomorrow. I warn you though, I may suck until I get used to it, but after that....oh man.

also for you xbox newbs... heres a website that will teach u how to play burned dvdr xbox games. also u can search how to save xbox games to the xbox harddrive(a backdoor trick).

my friend got that installed on his xbox when he was in china or japan.... he had gigs of mp3s on it, and dozens of games on it, its sweet

I got the thing online today. Now all I need is some people to play with, or against. I like to shoot people I know over some stranger, so is anyone interested? I don't really know how to use it yet, I'm still confused. Which one of the battles on Halo 2 is the most fun?

i have it but my damn new roommates decided not to pay the cable bill before they left for break so i cant get online. i'll let you know when i'm back on. i like the team skirmish and big team battles. my boys like the rumble slayers.
