I'm not a big guy like a lot of you monsters. I've been doing bodyweight workouts since the gyms closed. Will have bands arriving too shortly. I really like the bw workouts shorter and more intense than regular eliptical cardio. If stay with it moving forward do you think it will interfere with any mass I do have, hope to gain, or my weight workouts in general? Thanks

No, it will not interfere with your current mass if you get back to lifting when the gyms open up again as long as you integrate both styles in to your training. Also, you will not lose mass between then and now if you continue with bodyweight training, provided the gyms open within another month or so.

Prob similar effects that HIIT would have. Sprinting, aerodyne, concept rower etc. So I would say it would not have a negative impact on mass building efforts provided you keep it limited. I am still in favor of LISS "cardio" personally, but that is a personal preference only after seeing 3 of my buddies suffer heart attacks after HIIT workouts. BTW: I predict gyms in the hardest hit areas such as NY, NJ, Cali, Wash don't reopen until June 1. And that is only if we get a firm handle on this thing and the numbers start turning in our favor. Right now, we are still headed in the wrong direction.

Serious virus to treat yes. The hysteria is worse than the virus IMO. I live in NJ. 😐
