Day 9
This is my final day since I ran out. I must have been using a little over 100 mcg each day.......

I think this will be a common occurrence with most people running such a small amount. Plus you'll have a few little drips stuck to the walls which would add up to half a dose. Not a big deal when it's a 20 bottle of ghrp, but when it's 150 bucks, well it gets a little frustrating I know.

I'd almost suggest someone reconstitute and keep the bottle upside down - grab ten needles (or however many doses) and draw them up, set them aside in the fridge, that way you'll be more sure to not end up with little bits everywhere. Also, I wonder if it would affect the folli negatively to dilute 2x?
 
There was a post on a different thread regarding using the smallest amount of BW possible as the more you use the faster the folli degrades.

Phill did say in another thread the more you dilute the more it degrades- id use 1ml water no more
 
Weight was down to 225.9 today but due more to weekend activity than anything else.

It was brutally hot and humid and I was coaching several baseball games.
I tried drinking enough water but it was hard to keep up. I was on the field for 2 1/2 games on Saturday and lost almost 5 pounds in sweat.
I was so beat yesterday I skipped my squat workout and did it today.
Plus I had baseball games yesterday too.

I enjoy coaching the kids so it was a small price to pay.

Today's squat workout felt good so I'm back strong.

I'm betting I'm back in the higher 220's tomorrow.

Funny thing is that last Friday when I was leaving work people were asking if I was losing weight!

This would be day # 3 since my last dose.
Weight was 225.9 this morning.

Arm workout. Pump was still great, feeling great, still feel like I'm leaning out a little. All in all I'd consider this a good experience.
 
Fourth day post injection.
225.9 again today.
Strength is still there, I seem more defined, feel good. Intense hunger is gone.
The thing that is really still standing out is the pumps. They are still intense.
I don't really train for a pump, I just want to move the bar.

So far, all in all, I'm still unsure on the cost/effectiveness of the folli.

Not disappointed to the point of not using it again, but I will try other things and am in no big rush to get back on.
 
Well, my last day of use was June 4th, I weighed 227.9 that day.
Today was an off day and I was 227.9.

So the few pounds I gained stayed other than losing some weight due to other circumstances. I still feel strong as shit and the residual soreness.

All in all not a bad experience!
 
My bodyweight is stable, my strength is still going up.

Today on squats I pr'd again on my top set for reps, my fifth and final squat set, after going to failure on the first four, was 25 reps with 285.
 
Hey, thanks for the log...awesome stuff!

By dosing in your quads, did you notice any added benefit/gains in the quads? Is it worthwhile to dose IM over SQ, and does location matter?
 
It's hard to say. They experienced the biggest strength gains but I wasn't stagnated and squats is my strongest exercise to begin with.
 
Final log post.

Last inject was June 4th, still maintaining right round 227. Today was 227.6.
This after spending over 22 hours on baseball fields this weekend for a tournament. My 10 year old was named MVP!

Weight gain wasn't much but my strength was moving up. Squats and dumbbell curls really shot up!

All in all a successful experiment.
 
Thank you for keeping us posted. It's interesting to see folli's effects over the course of 2+ weeks. Definitely sounds like a pretty successful experiment.

I'm looking forward to researching this peptide myself once I receive it. It seems like production at the moment can't keep up with the demand.
