yohimbe reactions

does anyone have sides when taking any product with yohimbe in it? not matter what the product if it is in there it makes me sick. i run hot and cold swets, i cough till i puke . i shake and cannot get any sleep even taking in the am.
i took yohimbe extract from twin labs about 2 years ago and stayed up for 30 hours. last week i thought maybe it was just a bad batch so i took a product called red line from vpx sports nutrition. the vpx product was not as strong and effects only lasted about 6 hours. i will never take yohimbe again.

Were you taking "yohimbe" or "yohimbine hcl"?

The only bad side I've heard of is dragonfire's home-made injectible yohimbine hcl. It really got his heart racing - probably too high dosages.

Me too...

I started my wife on the Yohimbe thing (outlined by Homononucleus...something like that) and it worked AWESOME for her. He said in his outline that certain yohimbe products are overpowered.

The first batch we bought was from Optimum Nutrition. Now, I can take TONS of ephedra and not feel much from it. I took half a serving (1 pill) of Optimum's Yohimbe and I thought I was going to die. I started to get cold, then hot, everything seemed like slo-motion. It was wierd! Never felt like that before.

So, per his advice, we finally found some of Twin Lab's Yohimbe products. I could take 1 in the morning and 1 60min before bed. Worked awesome on my wife. She got lean and muscular with no change to diet or exercise.

We now found a great product by Sci-Fit (I usually do NOT like their products) called THERMOGEN 2. It's an ECA and Yohimbe in 1 product. It's pretty cheap where I live and you take 4 pills a day. It doesn't wig me out and it helps curb my cravings without killing my appetite. Give it a whirl!
