what would your adex dose for a cycle like this be??

750mg test e ew
600mg tren ew
600mg eq ew
40 mg dbol ed
500iu hcg ew

Why do you ask ? What estro side effect are you concerned about most ?

Do you have puffy nips or a lump under either nip? Have you ever had gyno ?

I looked perfect 7% body fat except for a small lump under one of my nips 5 years ago... always ran an ai while on cycle because afraid of that tiny gland growing (which it eventually did) into full blown gyno

You'll just start taking an AI when you notice the sides from adenomas.. duh!

I'd go by bloodwork. I know you're not asking this, but to anyone running 600 mgs of tren (no judgement on my part, just saying...), you definitely should be able to dial in your AI dose by then.

A basic blood test that shows estrogen from privatemdlabs is $50 with a coupon, buy it, and it might save your liver, and thousands in surgery.

Nah no estro sides , I'm really interested though in aromatising rates with different individuals , why would
One aromatise more than an another ?

Ive always gotten mixed responses from this. I jist keep nolva in at all times 20 3x a week
One time estro came back at 113 but i didnt "feel " estrogenic

I only run nolvadex as an AI, 30 mgs ED; bloodwork came back with estrogen in range in comparison to testosterone. Any AI will eventually cause achy joints for me. This doesn't however apply to everyone, go by bloodwork, not by how you feel.
