Walking
For me, I start my time in the gym with a slow walk on the treadmill for about 5 minutes. I hit the weights immediately afterwards, and after training I'll do about 30 mins to finish my cardio. I recently has been doing walking on the TM at a good fast pace adding in inclines as I go. It works perfectly for me. I used to do HIIT, but haven't done that in some time. I'm able to stay lean with no cardio and no HGH.
