Gym is going to be geared toward Bodybuilding and powerlifting...obviously anyone can work out there...but no juice bars, no tanning, no classes...NO BULLSHIT. Will also have chalk bowels, and garage doors that open on nice days!!!! woo hoooo

Those juice bars do bring in a bunch of money ive heard though.

That Bodymaster CXP chest press is the greatest piece of equipment of all time.

As for new stuff if you can afford it get some Panetta and Atlantis equipment in there. I been using that a lot lately and the movements are incredible. Makes Hammer Strength look like doodie.

I gotta say the old school full body rowing machines. They gave you a full body workout while taking care of your cardio I haven't used one in years but that's my favorite piece of equipment. I could row for hours.

I've only heard great things about the new Panatta pieces. I've even heard their plate loaded lat pulldown compared to the flex leverage lat pulldown (my all-time fav lat pulldown) and that's saying something.

We have the Atlantis. It's ruined me for other belt squat rigs.

Natulas pullover and I forget the brand but the Seated leg curl that you put the pad down on the quads. The machines that have it on the shin suck for us short leg guys.

Off the top of my head, Sampson makes a competition flat bench that’s basically self spotting. It has catch bars adjustable in small (maybe 1/2 inch) increments. They also make a prone row that I like. Legend fitness has a great prone row also.
Power lift makes the best trap bar I’ve ever used, with three handle option. They also make a leg press that you can use bilateral or isolateral, with two plate loading areas, down low for 100 lb plates and higher for everything else. I actually like a lot of their equipment.

Hammer Strength chest press. I loved to load that machine up and the way they made the adjustments and ROM was the best. My gym now longer carries it.

The original Nautilus plate loading biceps triceps machine. When properly used it is responsible for a lot of inches on a lot of arms. It was revelatory at the time and still may be.

If you can find one, buy it. They are out there.

I know the man, a lawyer in FL, who purchased the first one. It has been donated to a local high school last I heard. I passed up a chance to see and photograph it. I regret that to this day.

A must have in my opinion.

I will post up an article about it later today if I can find it. I think you will find it very interesting.
