your training mistakes

I can echo alot of the previously mentioned sentiments. Sadly, I had a great start to my lifting career, playing college football. Then, I allowed marriage/kids/career to derail myself, next thing I know, I'm 25% BF. Simply stated, I lost discipline.

Bulgarian Traning system where if I remember right you train 6 days a week 2 times a day doing nothing but squat bench and deadlifts at different rep ranges and %. I lasted about a week and I was so sick and tired I could barely get out of bed and I shrank also, funny thing is I paid money for this crap lol ! live and learn.

where do i start :D

1. reading Arnold's training principles
2. using his principles
3. listening to anybody who uses massive amounts of steroids.....and thinking i can do the same training without any.....
4. thinking you eat healthy, but in fact eating shit
5. using all kinds of supplements which dont work at all.
6. training like a mad man using all different kinds of excercises, when you actually only need the basics.
7. trying to tweek your training to absolute madness. i wish i had put the effort in my nutritioning.......
