What are your guys opinions on this for an offseason diet- something like 3300 cals one day 3500cals the next and 3800 the third day- and switch em up throughout the offseason with the carbs and fats -always constant with the protein and maybe even go up to 4k cals one day and go as low as 3kcals the other day-please put in your input and experience with this for gaining muscle with low fat gain-training and cardio is consistent as well-3x week cardio at least -low intensity
