Week 6, day 2 of my prep for the Anaheim Fit Expo in August.
Coach wanted to push my limits and see what I could do, so here we have my last sets.
Squats went like..
287x6
309 5x5
315 2x3
325 2x3
Then accessory followed of course. Some lat pulldowns, shrugs, and some walking for 'cardio'. My BW sits at 150 and I will compete at 148, hoping to hit my 1,000# total (w/ wraps) and creep into the top 5 all time squat on PL Watch for my weight. Currently off everything except GH at night and will hop on the sauce 8 weeks out. I'll be posting more every now and then.
