This is right on time for me, just so happens I just got my blood work results in the mail today from my doc from last fridays test. Here's my question, I have been having high levels both AST and ALT since I first got tested back in september. I managed to get my cholesterol back in check, but my liver values have been bouncing around. Does this work to help get things back in check, or just to protect them from getting bad to begin with?
