regular white rice (i always have basmati)
almond milk 1/2 cup
oatmeal 1cup
3pack stevia
2 egg whites
cinnamon
Ok this is a two part recipe
oatmeal :
mix oatmeal with egg whites stevia and cinnamon flatten on pan tray and bake at 450 for 10-15 min it will be very crispy
put 1/2cup almond milk in sauce pan, mix in 1 teaspoon coc nut oil and 1 cup rice cook until milk is evaporated on level 5 ... add in pre cooked beef or chicken + the crunchy oatmeal .. and its a fuckin beutiful dish ..
Something different to try .. (if you love crunchy oatmeal then your in for a real treat savory dish )
