Started off with a cambered bar row..I hate standard barbell rows, but love these as the groove allows you to get the bar in deeper and the extra few inches make all the difference in the lat contraction...

Moved onto one arm barbell rows suitcase style next - invented these babies last week
Unbelievable for lower lats...the video is from last week (we didn't superset these with the old school tbar rows this week)

Next up was heavy partial pulldowns to stretch the crap out of our upper lats...no video for this one..
Then we did chain deads - I love to do these with chains to be able to accelerate the bar up against the added chain tension.
