Hello guys!
I recently started taking 3iu's of HGH (pharma grade stuff, not chinese.) every morning, basically routine is:
5:30 - wake up, 3iu shot, 1 pill of thermogenic.
6:00 - Sip on some BCAA and do fasted low intensity Cardio for 1 hour.
7:00 - Hit the weights still fasted, sipping some BCAA
8:00 - Finish training, by now consumed 20g of BCAA.
8:40 - Have a protein shake (50g) with water, zero carbs until now.
9:40 - First carb meal, low GI usually, first solid meal of the day.
Now, I have been told HGH is best absorbed and used when on a fasted state due to increased insulin on your body compared to if you ate.
I have also been told to take advantage of the HGH shot in the morning and train completely fasted will increase lipolisis.
Since my main goal is to lower BF (from 13% now) I am joining the concept of Intermittent Fasting + the supposed properties of the HGH shot.
Considerations...
*I feel good at the gym
*no sign of hypo or low energy
*in fact I think I am more alert and ready as opposed to when I ate before going to the gym where I would usually feel like dragging my ass around the gym and felt like shit after weight training.
What do you guys think? I know there is some diversion on the matter saying that taking BCAAs is going to interrupt your fasting, but this is 0 sugar, 0 carb BCAA we are talking, don't know if it works but it is supposed to help you don't catabolize your muscles when training fasted.
