No bro this my 1st cycle! But I haven't done many tbh, I used pro hormones but inject cycle this is my 5 or 6 can't remember!!

Like o I need more size or I need to bring this up some more or that up,you know?
But I told my wife last night that I just need to pick a show and do it no matter what!!
Need to learn to pose,and I don't know how to diet down properly,or proper supplements.
When I pick a show I'm going to post on here so maybe you guys might help me out in getting squared away!!

Good balance and symmetry. Before you go on some kind of bulk or something, you need to get lean no matter how long that takes. Mastering diet should always precede mastering a drug regimen. Just remember that.
