HEAVY CYCLES AND FATIGUE

Sure, as every time I put on weight.

Watch out for apnea, it can literally destroy your life.
 
Normally when I come of heavy cycle i have some nice strength gains as energy levels and focus increase in gym. Agree with allex on the weight thing too

My first cycle was very moderate, but I gained 20lbs in the first three weeks alone. I was incredibly tired all the time, but I was also eating like a mad man and training harder than I ever have. I ended up with a 35lb weight gain, 4% drop in body fat which was ok with me considering I was bulking, not cutting, and I kept 26-28lbs after PCT. The rapid increase in weight gain is the culprit, but if you're health is in jeopardy then that could also contribute to lethargy.

I was only running....

500mg Test E 1-12
50mg dbol/day 1-4 & 8-12

i did 2 shows this past summer ive put on weight but im still not up to my usually offseason weight,,,just feel much more fatigued than usual and require more sleep i prob just need to accept my ass is getting old

Is your carb intake high? Any time I ingest a large amount of carbs I get really lethargic.
 
Honestly, that's why I don't run big cycles anymore. My workouts suffer and I live a life of exhaustion. I cut my doses in half and am bigger and leaner then I have ever been.
 
It could be cortisol.

Keep an eye for Emeric's answer on this thread. I'm sure he will chime in.
Also, make sure the basic is covered. Hydration, not anemic, not snoring, etc...
 
My first few cycles I got crazy tired for the first month or so. Basically I wanted to sleep all the time. I was gaining weight really quickly so I always thought that the two were connecting: growing = sleeping for me. Lol

These days I don't gain as much each cycle even with higher doses and I haven't been nearly as tired.

I'll be going to a sleep specialist very soon. I'm sure they will put me on a machine. As i was diagnosed some yrs back. I never seem to get a good night rest. I wake up 3-4 X a night. I really hope it does change my life.

Jaydub swears it changed his life for the better when he got a cpap.

yea my wife on my ass bout getting a bloodwork done its been since like march im thinking its a variety of several factors lot of stress currently too,,,
 
That is one of the reasons that I stopped heavy use of gear, I was tired all the time.
These are powerful hormones that can really change all kinds of metabolic functions, not to be uner estimated,
 
Liver stress?
