I see alot of diet hack threads but lets talk diet fatigue hacks....

What are you referring to as "diet fatigue"
Generally refeed works is you are dieting down and hit a sticking point
 
Ephedrine, caffeine, yohimbine

More with satiety...but I believe in whole food. I feel for someone eating 2500 calories, I feel for them even more if they are getting 500 of them from a sugar and isolate intra shake...that could be veggies/fruits with micronutrients

Don't lower fat too much...psmf works..but I felt better with 50+g fat

Walks.. especially after eating. Nothing is worse and makes you more tired than laying around feeling fatigued, they actually give me energy and in theory you burn some calories and can eat more

Don't go too crazy with the fasting intervals, lots of sodium and potassium

Delta 8 to sleep since , at least for me, when low bf my body wakes at 6 am automatically

A couple V8 juice a day has always helped me as well , getting good rest is probably the biggest factor , catch a nap when you can
 
Just not eating for a day..literally just strap on my Molle belt, load up my backpack with water and med kit..grab a rifle..and go hunting all day after breakfast..complete reset and back online the next day
 
Any stimulants for the most part as mentioned above. I like adding b12 into that mix as well. Listen to your body though as I’ve overdone the stims without enough rest and practically just shutdown.
 
I mean you really need to define your diet fatigue for us...

A diet break, or even a multi-day refeed may be most appropriate for you, there are some OTC supps that help too.

If those are not options for your timeline, I would look into ECA stack and yohimbine HCL with fasted cardio...to help you get where need to be a bit better / faster.

All of that said, it is mostly going to boil down to what you look like now, where you are trying to go, and what you define as "diet fatigue"\

Are you in comp prep? how much time you have left, and how much more do you think you have to lose?
