Generally refeed works is you are dieting down and hit a sticking point
I mean you really need to define your diet fatigue for us...
A diet break, or even a multi-day refeed may be most appropriate for you, there are some OTC supps that help too.
If those are not options for your timeline, I would look into ECA stack and yohimbine HCL with fasted cardio...to help you get where need to be a bit better / faster.
All of that said, it is mostly going to boil down to what you look like now, where you are trying to go, and what you define as "diet fatigue"\
