I did it 2 weeks post show with humalog 3 times a week pre workout 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, being that lean you could really see the difference, I would take 7ius with 1.5 cup of rice and 5oz chicken breast wait 45 mins go to gym and sip 60-80 gs coming from intra-md or doing it with vitargo and bcaa, and post workout shake 50 carbs with 1/2 cup of oats. The visual difference between before takiung the insulin etc and training was insane, I looked almost 5 lbs heavier than earlier.
