This is one of the points I made in an earlier post. In high school, lots of girls ages 14-18 wanted to date older guys because they wanted to be with men, not boys. These girls chose who they dated or had sex with and were not manipulated into doing so.

The problem is, when a girl is under age, at whatever age that is in different states, (for most it is 18, for some it's 16), the state is saying she is not mentally able to understand to give consent. Get it? So there is ZERO defense. Even is she came on to the older guys. She is not mentally able to give consent. That factor does not exist in the state's eyes.

There was a case a while ago of a man who was like 36, he met a "woman" in a bar, having drinks, (AT A BAR) she even showed him her ID (it was fake) She easily looked 21, he ended up taking her to a hotel and they had sex. Turned out she was in fact, 17. Somehow the girl's mom found out and charges were filed. The man was charged with RAPE. His lawyers presented all the arguments, the girl admitted she met him at a bar, showed him a fake ID, and so on. DID NOT MATTER. The fact she was under the legal age, meant the court would not even hear that she "gave consent" because she "can't give consent" the man was found guilty and given 7 years!!! I do not agree with the above case, as this poor bastard had no way of knowing, but the laws with consent and age, have zero exceptions and do not take into account any outside factors. You mess with someone underage, you're fucked, period!

I don't like the promoting of this 14 year old fitness girl here. Way too young and they are 100% sexualizing her. She's pretty much naked in those videos. This poor dudes life is over. 14 years old is a different story though. I think a 14 year old girl is still a child. And different girls mature at a different paces. It's ridiculous. I'm a prime example of that. I spent thousands going the "legal" route when I felt like shit, joining those mens clinics and paying out the ass and I tried it for two years. They fucked me up worse than I was to begin with. So at age 49, I took matter into my own hands and did extensive research and put myself on solid program and I'm better than ever. I got all my labs in line, have reserved my aging and have my full sex drive and then some back. I monitor everything and tweak things the minute they fall out of line and I'm doing a damn good job. I have a real beef with many laws and more so how they are applied in this country. The spirit of what they were often intended for is squashed and common sense removed.

Parents by nature are protective of their kids. Ideally, parents send their children to a safe environment to learn. The line is crossed when the teacher, who is in a position of power and is trusted with the child, abuses his or her position by engaging in sex with the student.

As far as the punishment. You know the teacher was aware that what they were doing is wrong and could lead to charges, loss of career, ect.. Obviously they chose otherwise and therefore a little jail time is necessary.

Just in case anyone misinterpreted my prior post as being in support of this girl's video, I am most definitely not.
