Until today, I can not understand what went wrong to much diuretic or not enough carb to carb up, 3 days out i looked peeled and dry then something happen. I did not go crazy on carbs because was scared to spill over.

Picture 4:drinking water 1.5-2 gallon and loading with carbs and sodium about 5 days around 3500g carbs total
Can not make the same mistakes again, Wanna know what went wrong for my next show 25 February.
10 days out
Aldactone 12.5mg ed with breakfast
High sodium
Water 2 galloons
3 days out Loading phase
Aldactone 12.5mg ed
Water 1.5 galloon
Sodium> 5-6000mg
Carbs 150g
2 days out:
aldactone 12.5mg po morning
Water 1 galloon
Sodium> 5-6000mg
Carbohydrates 200g
1 days out:
Aldactone 12.5mg
moduretic potassium saving half tablet 1 hour when cut water and eat burgers
2 burgers with french fries
Water 1 gallon up until the burgers
sodium 5-6000mg
Carbohydrates: 300g
Competition day:
Water sips
Steak with eggs for breakfast
Pizza before stage 1 hour (only reason was because so flat and soft did not know what to do that time i could not fuck it up more)
Rice cakes with strawberry jam 60min before stage
Thank you guys hope you can help me with what went totally wrong. How can i look so good 3 days out depleted and so flat and small when compete. I felt miserable and did not even want to gorge or binge just totally sad and hated everything that happen the last 3 days i felt everyday i getting smaller and flatter. but the worst was when i woke up morning of the show i was so close to cancel it.
