Think it’s called glannular something or other. Cause if you slide an implant in your shaft your helmet will still be smaller. So you gotta inject the head to swell it up and match the newly thickened shaft!

Yes, you put it on couple hours before sex and before sex just clean the unit with non-alcoholic wipes or something. Unless you have morning sex then put it on before bed night before.
