Coming back to this topic, I’m starting to think I was intaking too much water. I was doing 150oz+ water and eating cream of rice nearly every meal, and I think I was peeing out my electrolytes making me very flat.
Also, no worries on derailing to winstrol talk. It’s relevant to some degree!
I’m thinking I’ll either cut back on the fluids, or perhaps add more salt to my meals (currently doing about 1/4tsp) or add some electrolytes to my water.
