Very little to none while dieting. 1-3 shakes a day when cals are sky high. I also don’t really mess with whey that often. It mostly a mix of whey/egg/casein blend to mimic a meal a bit more.
Taking a Lactaid tablet made a huge difference for me.Had to give them up due to digestion issues
You’re correct luki. I got a jug of that beef protein. After my 3rd or 4th day drinking it all my muscles went flat. I don’t think it works at all. And carnivore tastes like dogshit. Iv used a lot of supplements over te years and it’s one of the most bullshit supplements yet. And that’s saying something. Total waste of money.beef isolate is the biggest supplement scam - it's nothing more than ordinary gelatin

@pesty4077 i have noticed a few of you guys are taking way more aminos than me (5g) intra-workout. I probably need to step my amino game up , espec since im using slin prewo without GH. what do you do to bite the taste? its very acidic and I have sensitivity to acidic compounds

I try to get in 2,000 by 5 pm and 2,000 between 5-8 pm lol. Go to bed full and happy
