Man, I really don’t know why you’re being so semantic. I’d hope you’re intelligent enough to understand what’s being discussed in the context of this thread.
Would I tell someone I got them food if I got them a Gatorade? No. But that’s obviously not what’s being discussed in the context of “real food” in this thread. We are talking in regards to bodybuilding here; macros, food quality, etc… who gives a fuck if it’s a liquid, powder, or solid food. We are talking about it’s nutritional value here.
