1 week out and raring to go

1 week out from western collegiates and im so ready i wish it was this saturday and not the next. im so lean and so very hungry that the mind is playing its funny little tricks on me now. just the sight of something i cannot eat is not recieved well by the brain. i want to thank all of you for the knowledge and support as i plan on representing not only myself but all of you as well. we are kind of like our own community here and its nice to have someone to relate/and learn from. thanks and ill keep you updated when the shows over

Give 'em hell balplayer!!! You know I'll be doing just that on the 21st in my show. It's been a long 17 weeks but now is down to just the 'blink of an eye' away. Watch what you eat but make sure you do eat, don't want to lose any muscle. Just keep reading over all those prepping posts, I do and still pick out bits of advice that I missed the 1st or 2nd time plus it keeps me stoked and focused!
Come next Sunday I expect you and I to be posting about our 1st place wins bro!!!!
