Hey guys im 19 years old, 6'0 tall, about 245lbs, 13% BF, I want to start getting into strongman training and hopefully in a few years do some competitions, I was just wondering what you think my potential is here our my current lifts.
Barbell Bench Flat - 405 x 1 , 315 x 12 , 365 x 5
Barbell Bench Incline - 315 x 2, 225x12 , 265 x 6
Barbell Bench Decline - 315 x 10 , 365 x 4
Barbell Bent Over Rows - 315 x 6
Squat - 450 x 5
Deadlift - 405 x 8 (havent really tried max)
Leg Press - 1400 x 2
Barbell Curl - 155 x 1
Lat Pulldowns - 220 x 7 (cant remmember exact weight but almost the whole machine)
I think thats about it folks, im all natural, i currently just started a very low dose cycle of test because I hit a plateau, Ive been training for about 3 years heavy and solid.
