what the hell LATS......lol!!!!! I stopped by LATS work today to chat and this dude is big as a house!!!!! I was guessing in the 280's jacked but he corrected me....274....lol!!! I can't believe he can maintain his size with his diet but I know he has trained for years and years!!!!
Here is LATS diet from today.....lol
breakfast was
8oz of milk
8oz of water
1 1/2 scoops of protein
1/2 cup oatmeal
Banana
2 teaspoon natural peanut butter
Lunch was 6 inch subway on wheat double steak cheese onions green peppers with a bag of chips and diet coke
Mid day 3 musketeers bar
Dinner was a plate of shepherds pie ...[ hamburger mash potatoes corn green beans]..
Will have it again before bed... the secret is lots of diet dr peppers.
I shake my head when he tells me this stuff......I guess some people just have the genetics for muscle size!!!!! Or maybe I'm just not drinking enough diet Dr. Pepper....lol
