2 weeks into a DNP cycle. Questions

first of all, I am 5'9 199lbs. I started at 205lbs on 200mg for five days and it didn't really do much. I lowered my caloric intake and raised my dose to 400mg and it started working better. I'm starting to add cardio now and just raised it to 600mg yesterday. Today is the last day of my second week total.

I am currently on a cruise dose of 200mg test-e. I started the first week of DNP on the last week of my prop and npp blast (bulker)


1) It seems I haven't really lost weight in the last two-three days. I am lean and my abs look great when flexed but I want them to look great unflexed. For this reason I bumped the dose to 600mg. I made the awful mistake of taking my last dose last night right before bed, and it kept me up all night. Is it ok to take all three 200mg doses 2 and a half hours apart from when I wake up?

2) When I stop taking DNP, I will STILL be cutting. What should my diet be after I stop? Should I keep it the same or lower total daily cals a little more?

3) Should I still have a carb up day when I stop? If so, when?

4) Should I get on EC stack immediately after? I heard carbing up on EC is a bad idea

this is why I hate posting in the beginner's forum. The people that know the answers to these questions never bother to check this section.
 
lol...... to be honest it doesnt sound like you had good quality DNP. I have never heard of using 600 mg/ day .... thats really high and you should have been lethargic and a wreck all day. Good luck
 
1) I usually take bulk of the dose first thing in morning. If anything one in morning, one at lunch when splitting.

2) Same. If you need you can adjust it later on.

3) I'd just jar a normal cheat meal/day. Guess it depends on what your diet is like on DNP

4) I wouldn't.

Don't forget DNP builds in your system, can't remember how long it stays for but you'll notice affects after you stop taking it. Personally also I had best results from 200mg a day regardless if I felt it or not. I've done 800mg and it was hell. Didn't lose much more either.

Don't be so keen to jump on other stuff, just keep your diet strict and cycle your DNP. Or better yet, do a low dose for longer.

600mg isn't THAT high. It's moderate-high. My DNP quality is fine. If it's underdosed, then so be it. I am going by feel here and I have done all the right things so far considering I lost tons of fat and still haven't lost any strength

I am 15 days in right now. I am going to keep going another week most likely. I went back down to 400mg yesterday due to various commitments but today it's up to 600mg again. 200mg does nothing for me really, so 400mg seems to be my ideal dose. Thanks for answering my questions. Seems like I have done all the right things so far
