i have some arthrits in the right shoulder and it hurts when i train, so i would try to slow the speed of my reps.
i never did super slow or slow cadence with my reps, anyone train with a slow cadence ?
i will drop my poundage this way... i always train with high intensity and few sets and explosive reps.
so anyone advice on slow motion.. will i keep my muscles this way and can have some progress ?
